So I've been doing CrossFit at CrossFit Toronto for just over a year now starting with a bunch of bootcamps. It's been phenomenal. I've never been in better shape, it's given me a bit more discipline (waking up to go to 515am classes requires discipline) and it's nice having visible abs.
