Bad China Laws

Seriously bad laws in China - courtesy of FP unsurprisingly via China Law Blog. While these laws generally have bad intended and unintended consequences, they're considerably more serious than say the silly, generally old laws (Dumb Laws) that we have in the West that we just haven't gotten around to getting rid of. But it's a good reminder that "regulations are often a form of rent seeking." (ASI)
