The
easiest places in which to start a business, according to a new World Bank report (WSJ):
- 1. New Zealand
- 2. Canada
- 3. Singapore
- 4. Australia
- 5. Hong Kong
The U.S. is ranked 20th. For countries looking to boost their economic activity, it would seem to me that looking to see how easy it is to start a business would be a particularly good place to start.
