Simon Sinek: Start with Why

Simon Sinek: "We follow those who lead not for them but for ourselves. It is those who start with 'why' that have the ability to inspire those around them or find others who inspire them." Another interesting thought was that people should be hired not for what they do, but why they do it. Another book to add to my ever flowing list of books to read.
